The deal in one breath

brackenarcade.com is run by its operator (that's "we" and "us" below). If you use the site, you're agreeing to the house rules on this page. Not keen on them? No problem, but then please don't use the site.

Grown-ups only

Every page here is for adults. Ticking "Yes" on the age check is you telling us you're 18 or older. Anyone younger has no business on Bracken Arcade and must leave it.

What you get

Three free social games to pass the time, and that's it. They exist purely to entertain: real money plays no part in them, and nothing is ever wagered. There are no accounts to open and no way to pay us anything.

About those credits

• The credits inside each game are pretend. Their cash value is zero.
• Nobody can purchase, sell, win, redeem, hand over or trade them, whether for cash, goods, services or anything else worth having.
• No prize of monetary value is on offer, anywhere on the site.
• We don't keep a record of anyone's balance. It can reset whenever the game reloads.
• How you get on in a free demo is no guide at all to real-money gambling. Please don't read it that way.

The games belong to someone else

Each game is a demo made by its developer, Pragmatic Play, and shown inside our pages so it can be played free. On Bracken Arcade they go by nicknames we came up with. They run on the developer's own servers, so we have no say over what's in them, when they're available or how they behave. Names, artwork and other marks are owned by whoever holds the rights to them.

Play nicely

When you're here, please avoid:

• hacking at, flooding or poking around the parts of the site or the games you're not meant to reach;
• doing anything illegal with it;
• lifting our words or design for a commercial project without asking first;
• pointing bots or scrapers at the pages.

Our bits

We own the writing, drawings and look of Bracken Arcade. That excludes the embedded games and other people's marks. Linking to us is always fine, and appreciated.

Uptime, or the lack of it

We'd love the site to be up every minute of every day, but we can't guarantee it, nor that it's free of bugs. Games or pages may be changed, paused or taken down whenever we need to, with or without warning.

Other websites

Some links lead off-site, support services included. What those sites say and do is their responsibility, not ours. We only include them because we reckon they're worth your time.

Our responsibility

You pay nothing for the site or the games, and they come with no promises beyond what the law requires. As far as Irish law allows, we won't be responsible for losses that come from using Bracken Arcade or the games embedded on it. Your statutory consumer rights stay fully intact, as does any liability the law says can't be excluded.

When the rules change

These terms can change now and then. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. If you keep using Bracken Arcade after an update, the newer version applies to you.

Which law applies

Irish law governs these terms, and disputes go before the courts of Ireland. If you're entitled to bring a claim in the place where you live, that right isn't affected.
